We received a letter via email today from Martin Girard, the President of DH Instruments Inc with regards to their restructuring arrangements in Malaysia. This lead to the 60 days notification per our contract, whereby with effect from June 30, 2007, NVTTS will no longer represent DH Instruments Inc in Malaysia.

This was in lieu with DHI being acquired by Fluke Corporation very recently, which is noted in their Customer Announcement Letter dated February 19, 2007 (more details can be reviewed on DHI's website). Like any other distributor who had their fare share in ending the working relationship and distributorship of principal product range due to merger and acquisition, DHI's current transition is no surprise to us. We wish DH Instruments Inc and Fluke Corporation all the best in their future business undertaking in Malaysia.

As for our company, we will be very soon be announcing our new product range that will be supporting primary and transfer standards for pressure calibration. Do wait for our announcement and publication in this website.
